2018-19 > 2019/20

Rel CF%: -3.91 > 1.29
Rel FF%: -4.35 > 2.42
Rel SF%: -4.34 > 3.69
Rel SCF%: -2.95 > 4.97
Rel xGF%: -3.03 > 1.88

Massive improvement this season compared to last. Flames banking on continued improvement.

Improved individual rates as well this season.

Just suffering from a super low IPP (22.22 vs 31.25 last season) and oiSH% (7.9% vs 9.8% last season) which has led to a very low total assists/60 (0.17/60 compared to 0.77/60 last season).

Goal, chance, etc.. rates are all up.

It’s a little weird reading the same stuff within 30 seconds...

He’s taken some big steps forward. He’s going to be a beauty (probably).

He makes more than Hamonic now (not technically since the contract kicks in next year), can we finally put him back with Hanifin please.

I really hope this means we're moving on from Hamonic next year.

Put Andersson and Hanifin together now so they can continue to build chemistry and improve together, could be our top pair in 2 years. Or at least give Ras Vali when he gets healthy. It's so dumb than Andersson is playing behind Hamonic this year.

I love this contract by the way.

Wow.

Great deal even if he tops out as a top 4 guy (which he already is imo), and a potential bargain if he reaches his ceiling. Great contract.

Ceiling "might" be a number two, but I doubt it. A solid #3 is about as good as it gets IMO.

His shot isn't very good and his puck handling skills and mobility isn't upper end. But he's solid positionally, a big thick body and has decent foot speed.

Yeah I dont think he is a star player neither. The contract is about right if everything works out. Low risk, low reward kinda signing.

Exactly. A good value contract and he's been one of our nicest surprises of the last couple of years regardless if he's a career 2-4.
