You know the organisation has dept when your religion is NYR and you have never heard of a guy getting called up..

This is some serious twilight zone ****

Nope, it's the fact that people just don't pay attention, and ironically this place is called hockeys future where many barely know any of the prospects around the league, that's the amazing part....

17 points in 52 AHL games I'm reallllllllly not sure why they're calling this guy up. There's no point in getting a look at a 26 year old forward who can't score in the AHL. You know what he is.

Either it's just to fill out the roster and they didn't want to call up a prospect to play 5 minutes or maybe there's a trade in the making for some other roster player and they just needed a body for the roster

Brickley turns 27 in a few days and is a career minor league player, wouldn't fault anyone for saying "who the f*** is this guy"

This is definitely a move where they want to leave the prospects in Hartford in place for now.

On Florida....I mean, does that even really count?? :D

The only place where greats like Branislav Mezei, Kristian Kudroc, Lance Pitlick, Lukas Krajicek, Peter Worrell, Paul Laus, Len Barrie, Jaroslav Bednar, Matthieu Biron, Vaclav Nedorost, Rostislav Olesz and Brad Ference play multiple full seasons.

Maybe "kind of trash" this calendar year

Before he was called up to the Rangers, he was close to PPG with Hartford.

He has been "kind of trash" for a SSS of the season.
