Agreed. We've got Lias and Vitali, with the former having the higher floor and the latter having the higher ceiling. That said, the forum loves upside so it will be Kravstov in a landslide.
In terms of eligible prospects to be added, I will post a list tomorrow morning (based on the old HF standards) that Crypto Guy can use moving forward. Until then, everyone listed in the first post of the Prospect Thread would be eligible.

But I think most people probably know which way I’ll be presenting my case.
I don't agree with Shesty here just based on the fact that he's a goalie an goalies are less valuable (trade value) and less predictable to Project.
But he's a top 5 (1?) goalie prospect in the World so it's hardly awful
