WHO IS A PROSPECT:

SKATER PROSPECT: A player 24 or younger with 50 or fewer NHL games.

GOALIE PROSPECT: A player 25 or younger with 25 or fewer NHL games.

EXCEPTION 1: If a player completed the required 50/25 games, but is still not regarded as an NHL regular because he's shuffling between the NHL and the AHL, he could still be a prospect as long as he's 24 or younger and if agreed upon by most people here.

EXCEPTION 2: A player who is no older than 25 years old at the time of the vote and is a borderline NHLer could still count if agreed upon by most people here.

Please vote on who to add to the next round of polling.

Morgan Barron because he's doing really well as a true freshman.

Add Crawley. Playing regularly in Hartford at the age of 20.

Went with Barron who I think has is putting enough tools together thus far that he looks like he could be a third line option down the road.

I will admit that I almost went with Huska who seems to get overlooked and is a more intriguing prospect than some might realize.

Huska seems to be everyone's second choice, which is why he has zero votes after 14 people voted. Suspect Huska will win or come very close next round.

Maybe I set the bar too high for Bereglazov, and it wasn't even set that high, but I couldn't help but feel reminded of talents like Baranka, Kondratiev or even Immonen

Guys who maybe could get to the point where they are right on the border of being NHL players, but are more likely to have nicer, longer, more prosperous careers in the KHL and eventually other European leagues.

I thought he was merely "okay" most of the time.

Going with the guy on the upward trend, Barron. Think he's the biggest asset left on the list and certainly the most likely to have a shot at being a true impact player if all things bounce his way developmentally.
