I didn't say anything about money, but having sick/disadvantaged kids getting to play with their idols on the ice. It's cool though, you guys just go ahead thinking of $ first, since it's the most important thing about life, obviously. I would certainly get behind a program like that, but something less formal like a team-sponsored shootaround (like the Rangers did with this kid) is the right way to go.

He was on the blue line with the starting lineup during the pre-game singing and whatnot. He was invited to the commantators booth and he got the rangers "broadway hat" from kevin klein (OT winner) after the game in the locker room.
