They've been losing with Galchenyuk on the 4th line. They won't want to lose even more by using his talent at center and/or on a first line and/or by playing him with skilled players.

Plus, he's got Russian heritage and in a Julien lineup, if you are remotely connected to Russia, you have to wait at the end of the line.
