Randy Carlyle's return to Winnipeg

I think it was for his 1000th NHL game, but this is a LONG time ago, so my memory's likely off.....

It was a game vs the Sharks back in 1993 I think. It was honoring his 1000th game which he played against Chicago.

Randy's a big part of Winnipeg's hockey history and always will be, great Jet, good coach for the Moose and a Stanley Cup winner as coach.

For some reason, I have memories of Randys 1000th game, and Tina Turner's "Simply The Best" was playing over the speakers at the arena.

Every time I see Randy, that damn song goes through my head! lol!
