He’s been fantastic offensively… his defensive reads are still meh to bad.

Meh to bad is way too negative a take. Bo's had a few rookie moments. Nothing terrible, and mostly limited to the same 2-3 games, and mostly before he was given a bigger role.

But he's also made a bunch of really good defensive plays. The way he contains guys defensively and ties up their stick, even when they don't have the puck. The way he jumps the cycle and steals the puck, which he did repeatedly. The way he breaks up plays with a great stick. Many of his defensive plays are very subtle and go unnoticed by most people. All of this requires great reads, which he has, because his hockey IQ is very high in all three zones.

He was their best defenseman after Girard went down and it's not just because of his offense. It was the entirety of his game.

So Far, So Good, So What... is probably my favorite, but I really like Rust In Peace, Youthanasia, and the last one, Dystopia. Excited for The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead! which is supposed to come out early July.
