That was a nice play there. Great run by trippier, good weighted pass to him from Lingard and then a really good cross. Kane just couldn't quite get over it

After the initial push by England it looks like Colombia are starting to take control of the game.

Colombia defends at set pieces very well. England might have to find a different way to score.

Sterling's acceleration and agility will cause most defenders issues if they mark him too tightly, but if they just jockey him he'll probably just mess up his own chances.

That's basically the story of his career. If you give him space, he can make some really nice looking plays, but if you put pressure on him he'll almost be guaranteed to bottle a pass or lose control of a dribble.

Alli looks out of sync with his teammates. Not individually terrible, but seems to be making a different read on a lot of plays than his teammates are.
