My first ever attempt at sushi with raw salmon. A ton of work, but it definitely paid off.

Made another meatloaf tonight. As mentioned in other thread, this bad boy has smoked cheese (Gouda this time) and some thin sliced black Forest deli ham slapped in the middle. Lay the ground beef mix flat, layer in the cheese and ham, fold that sumbitch over in half like a burrito, into a baking dish, smother it in a tomato sowce and into the oven for about 90 minutes or so.

I had to yard it out of the oven before I left for work so didn't even get to try it but I know it'll be good. :neener:

Probably paid too much money for a simple steel plate but happy with the results. Can cook up a 10" pizza for a few bucks at home that's better than anything I can buy in my neck of the woods.

On my phone the olives look like fruit loops and I said no you didn't do this, but I enlarged the picture and it's all good.

Anyone with some other good leftover recipes? I’m doing #3 right now, turkey pie, #2 was turkey fried rice.

Still have loads of turkey left though.

Dey's uh, turkey-kabobs, turkey creole, turkey gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple turkey, lemon turkey, coconut turkey, pepper turkey, turkey soup, turkey stew, turkey salad, turkey and potatoes, turkey burger, turkey sandwich. That- that's about it.

When it finally hits -2 for a day, you gotta strike. This is a Striploin we threw in the smoker for 5 hours smoked over maple wood

At the back of the freezer was some very old pork belly, so decided to cut that up, toss in the smoker, then finish on the grill and mix in some pineapple ginger sauce

Been a while since I’ve posted, mostly been doing ice cream during the cold weather.
