They could fill the Bell Centre for every playoff game

Turns out people enjoy good old entertainment for an affordable price

Stacey ties the game at 3 with just over 2 minutes to go

Montreal takes the lead with 50 seconds left with a goal by O'Neill on the powerplay

We've seen attendance records broken all season. Ottawa first with 8,000+. Then Minnesota with their 13,000+. Then in Toronto with 19,000+. And last night in Montreal with 21,000+.

Thing is, unless they play in a stadium in an outdoor game (which wouldn't surprise me if they do), the Montreal record will stand as long as they play games in arenas because they have the most seats.

A giant outdoor classic in a football stadium is the next logical step IMO. There seems to be enough of a demand/buzz to do it, maybe as soon as next season. Commonwealth Stadium maybe. It's real ambitious, but the mark keeps going up for them, why not dream big.

Montreal can clinch a playoff berth if they win in regulation tonight.

However some other scenarios can also clinch a spot for them:

Right now, MTL is up 3-0 in the 2nd.
