Idk because just deciding to give up in a game doesn't really set a great precedent to other teams does it? Not playing him if we are WINNING is different.
Crosby looked good until his penalty (when he seemed to stop giving a ****), comparatively Arcobello, Lapierre and Sill looked good, and I thought that Martin and Scuderi actually played well (Scuderi's total lack of offense notwithstanding). Fleury had a decent game too; I don't think most of those goals were savable.
