I would bet a wooden nickel that the reason why we're getting such an extended look at Esposito is because Woodcroft saw something in him in Bakersfield.

If Tippett or any other NHL coach was here he wouldn't have been given the time of day.

This, I don't remember seeing any of our rookies and depth players playing such a tough forchecking game. Always felt like the past few preseasons that they played way too soft.

He’s quietly been solid all pre season honestly. Doesn’t really make any glaring errors but doesn’t stand out offensively. Not the worst thing.

Couldn't agree more. It would be fantastic if he was rewarded with a goal. Didn't he hit Puljujarvi in the nuts with a shot?

At this moment, I'd keep Benson and Holloway on the roster. Still 4 games though.
