Yes and No the 2012 become 2013 if we no longer have our 2012 pick.
But as you know in be a gm you have a choice to start in June (before draft)
or in September so if we pick the former rather then the latter we would end up with
the authentic 2012 picks and the choice to redraft in 2012 it's mystical I know.

Overall doesn't mean everything and Hamonic will easily become 84-86 after 1-2 seasons with the icetime he is going to get. It's my choice if I want to sacrifice a superstar now for cap saving and get my rewards later , Streit put up more points then Keith last year (just saying) and I needed 2 defenceman.
I also gave him a pass because I got De Haan and Okposo for Hjalmarsson.
Also Keith is signed for like 13 years hahaha he is signed until he is well into his 40's.

Conditions for trades I make are.

If the 2012 draft is already completed in the game, that pick becomes a 2013 pick.
If not, it remains a 2012 pick.

I think given the option, we should start after the draft. If I was, say Buffalo, and I have Grigorenko and Grigensons, I'd be pissed if the draft screwed me out of them.

Normally if you redraft the players you already drafted "in real life" would still be your property you would normally just get a choice of random 18/19 year olds.

Just out of curiosity , since we don't know the ratings or potential of our prospects until we get the game.. What if people try to back out of a trade they already confirmed on here?

If they confirmed it, they better go through with it. They can put a conditional mark on the deal but they must specify the exact reason why they would not.

Failure to play the game properly afterwards may result in being removed from the league. If people aren't comfortable trading prospects now, don't do it. I won't unless I'm relatively confident.
