No, he is really from French Madagascar. He was in Norway on one of his many walkabouts, and fell instantly in love with the "loff", which is the food of choice for those with little money. To declare this love to the world, he then adopted it as his nickname. He is not always here due to his carrier pigeon ISP sometimes getting delayed by the weather

It's crazy how the NHL runs training camp. 20 days. First day is off ice testing. Second day is on ice testing. Skate for one or two days and play a pre-season game. Play 6 pre-season games in 10-11 days. Off for 6-7 days. Season begins.
