Stephens was great for Canada today. Made an amazing play on Masin (who was also good) without a stick.

Hart scores his first AHL goal on a pretty pass from DeAngelo

DeAngelo is in the top 10 for AHL Dmen scoring with 19 points in 27 games. Ex-bolt Barberio is tied for 6th with 20 points.

Jonne Tammela, who was cut from the U20 Team Finland as a last forward, scored 1+1 last night in Liiga. He is pretty much sure thing to represent Finland next year, but this years über depth in winger department was just too much.

He's had a rough first half of a season due injuries and been able to play only 19 regular season games this season scoring 4 goals and 2 assists while playing 14 minutes per game, usually in second line. Even he's scoring totals are little bit of a disappointment he draws lots of penalties by challenging defender with his superb skating ability and good stickhanding. He is very entertaining player to watch because he is pulling highlight reel dekes and getting lots of good scoring changes in every game, but his shot is pretty weak and he seems to aim always to the logo. Right now he is long way from NHL, but since Tampa has been doing good job with small framed and skilled wingers I could definitely see him make it one day.

edit: link to last night highlights KalPa-HPK: http://www.ruutu.fi/video/2357161 (dont know if this works outside of finland)

Vasilevskiy had a monster save...had like three highlight reel saves today against the Pens. Kid is getting back in form...first star of the game for sure.

Love Vasy and I love seeing him doing so well in the AHL. He had some rough games before going down but that's what happens when a goalie only plays once every two weeks.I bet this AHL stint has done a lot for his confidence level.

Vasilevskiy: 6 Wins and 3 Losses with a 2.03 GAA and .932 Save %. If he had played the required 600 minutes down in the AHL to qualify for the leaderboard (he is at 592 minutes) he'd be fourth in Save Percentage and 5th in GAA. Kristers is currently sitting around 10th in both categories.

Mathieu Joseph is on a bit of a hot streak...

12 game point streak with 11 goals and 10 assists during it which has moved him up to tied for 32nd in the league in scoring and he's 3 points off his points total last year.

All home game highlights are on youtube.com/seadogstv and go to the videos section for this year (no idea why it loads last year's highlights by default). He's #21.

The kids are doing good it seems :handclap:

Also just noticed that just 3 guys drafted in the 5tth round or later in 2013 have made their NHL debut, two of them belong to us :yo::yo: The other is Skapski, a NYR goalie and he is really struggleing in the AHL/ECHL right now.
