Team with Most Blocked Shots - should definitely be a trophy.
Team with the most come back wins after 40 minutes - should be a trophy with Tim Allen's head on it, never give up, never surrender

They should give one of these to the player with the most blocked shots:

You got it backwards, that would go to the player with the most amount of his own shots blocked.

I honestly don't think the players care about the Jennings, until maybe the 70 game mark and they have a shot at it. This would be similar, I think.

I honestly don’t think teams or the goalies really care about the Jennings at all. If they have a shot with maybe a 4-5 games left, maybe it enters certain players mind. But I don’t think it would change anything.

Let's have the Broad Street Bullies Award for the team with the most penalties minutes.

Similar to the baseball designated hitter, we should add a designated shooter. I'm thinking an additional player on the ice sitting at the top of the left circle who isn't allowed to move but is free to take shots on behalf of other players if they can get him the puck. We could try the rule for, say, maybe the next 5 years and see how it goes. This would allow both teams to ice 6 skaters and a goalie without increasing crowding too much, and increase number of goals by having high end shooters take more shots. Those are the only two reasons I have for this setup.

What about off side? How would the designated shooter stay on side if he isn’t allowed to move?

I came in here fully expecting to bash the OP's idea... but I've come away kind of liking it. Not sure about the paid bonus, part, though.

Also, the Wild will never win this award, so I demand an award that also goes to the team that allowed the fewest goals. Let's call it the Jacques Lemaire Award.
