I seem to remember CBC showing him icing/holding his wrist for a good portion of time during one or two games while on the bench

Was constantly icing that area (left hand and wrist) during the Detroit series. At least I noticed it, it does look pretty banged up in that photo. Kind of thought it was a carry over injury from Minnesota as he seemed to get stronger as the series went along, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if the Detroit players were targeting it once they knew something was going on.

That is a part of playoff hockey though, guys are going to be pretty banged up.

yep, that is going to happen and the other teams have the same problems. Still good to know what your players can do with injuries like that
