I wonder who will be on Vanek and Hodgson's wing. I wouldn't mind seeing Armia there again, though that makes for a pretty damn underwhelming line defensively. Who else? This is the time where the line-ups should really start reflecting the make-up of the team, with only 3 games left. Tropp would be an interesting guy to look at.

Anyone have any guesses as to who will be on that line tomorrow (I'm assuming Vanek and Hodgson will play)? Alternatively/additionally, who starts the season on their line? Foligno seems like a decent bet if he keeps playing the strong, simple game he's shown so far this preseason, but it takes away the advantage of Vanek playing LW with a RHC, which he really likes. I would not discount Tropp.

I think Foligno would be a good try on Vanek and Hodgson line. I think Vanek is a little more defensively responsible but Hodgson is still a gray area. Having a physical guy who can so some hard dirty work on their line would be alright. In addition, personally I want Armia to play on the second line to see if we can spread out some talent ... And see if he will do better than being along for the ride with Thomas and Cody.

I'm guessing that Armia will be on the Vanek line tonight. Maybe Tropp.

I'm also wondering if they will play someone like Ristolainen or Pysyk back-to-back or will Bagnall get a preseason game.

Will say what I did to my friend last evening; I hope Hackett gets some time in besides just that one half(?)-game he did against the Habs.

I really like the idea of that...

2 heavy lifters...

Larsson can handle the center defense as well as face offs if needed ..

Like the L-G-T 2nd line. Hopefully Larsson can embarrass Grigs into upping his game. I'm also looking forward to watching the Zadorov-Myers tandem. I think Zadorov's penchant for hitting was rubbing off Myers during their last pairing in the Carolina game.

Did anyone notice the first play of the game, a Torono shot hit someone in the leg and there was a pretty audible OWW! -- Who got hit?
