We still don't know who was in the helicopter, do we?
The DoF and VP of Leicester were reported as not in the vehicle. Otherwise, no. Which is pretty weird because it should be released already: it serves nobody to hide their names 12 hours later and it is in the public interest.

Several sources reporting that Vichai and his daughter were on the helicopter.

Terrible, I saw some gifs of the flames and it was raging with all that engine fuel. I hear that the LC owner (no idea how you spell his name) travels back and forth between LC and London, where his business is.

Leicestershire Police released a statement last night.
While formal identification has not yet taken place, they are believed to be Leicester City Football Club chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, two members of his staff, Nusara Suknamai and Kaveporn Punpare, pilot Eric Swaffer and passenger Izabela Roza Lechowicz.

The force has been working to ensure that all the relevant next of kin had been informed prior to this information being confirmed publicly.

Izabela Roza Lechowicz was also a pilot.

RIP.

One Football made a list of the most overrated BPL players. Pretty weird list imo. In no order it was:
Hugo Lloris
Danny Welbeck
Paul Pogba
Nemanja Matic
Eden Hazard
Ross Barkley

I mean Barkley and Welbs aren’t rated highly in the first place so I’d find them hard to consider overrated.

Hazard and Pogba kinda fall into the they have stupidly high expectations and end up overrated because of that category for me.

Lloris I kind of a agree with.

And Matic seems to be a weird selection.

The only ones I agree with are Hazard and Pogba, maybe even just Pogba. Hazard is much closer to being correctly rated; especially on his form lately.

I think both Pogba and Hazard get unfairly criticized for performing poorly when they have ridiculously high expectations. I mean Pogba is expected to be perfect defensively and score a goal a game basically. Just unrealistic expectations for him.

And then Hazard is supposed to be in the Messi/Ronaldo tier. Also unrealistic. So in a sense I find them over and underrated all at the same time.

The thing is that those expectations come from people actually thinking that they're that good though (hence overrated). Especially Pogba I think is not as good as people think that he is, and thus have high expectations for. He's a very good player but not among the top in the world, IMO. Hazard on the other hand is among the best of the rest after the Messi/Ronaldo/Neymar tier of player so I think he's much closer to the level that people expect from him than say Pogba is.

Both are still great players though.

Pogba had 6 goals and 10 assists for a team that scored 68 goals in the PL last season. Playing DM half the time. And people are like wow why can't he score like Dele Alli.

I wouldn’t disagree with any of what you said at all. But that’s where my over and underrated thing comes with Pogba. Clearly he’s a crazy talented player, but to have the expectations that he does is going not only set him up for failure, but anyone not named Messi up for failure. I mean no midfielder is expected to score every game and be a defensive linchpin as well.

Who rates Welbeck, Matic, and Barkley high enough for them to be overrated?

That’s what I thought when reading the article as well.

He also missed a chunk of games. In the 27 games he played, they scored 51 goals and he had 6 goals and 10 assists.

If you limit that further, in the minutes he played they scored 48 goals and he was directly involved in 16 of them or exactly 1/3

Odd. Hazard is one of the best players in the league and in the conversation for best. Pogba is top tier as well. Matic might be overrated now as he has aged, but he used to be fantastic.

Agreed, but Matic was being called a world class DM here like two to three years ago. Whatever the time frame was when he was still at Chelsea.

World class is over the top, but he was very very good at Chelsea and for most of last year at United.

This year he's still got great instincts and skill, he just clearly doesn't have the legs any more.
