Imo he's actually been decent for a bit when he's not paired with Schultz....

Everyone gets better when Schultz is not on the ice. Except Nikitin, he tries to channel his inner Schultz twice as hard.

Waste of 4.5 mil. Why couldn't he play in the KHL where the paycheques are fat and the players not as good. Literally, wish he would play anywhere except for Edmonton (or my Leafs)

His offensive prowess is neutralized by his defensive lapses.

By definition the games without him in it should be lower event games and likely more boring because we don't have his lapses/pinches to entertain us with their lottery-like ability to create some offense or a horrible giveaway and a scoring chance for the opponent.
