This will be updated. Just something to initiate conversation.

If there any noticeable errors, PM me.

The Islanders' info hasn't been issued through 9:00 a.m. on Monday.

Wow, that was a shock.

Yay, let's do hockey stuff. I like that the JIM line is staying together. And who is Kyle Criscuolo? Is this someone who won some sort of superfan sweepstakes to suit up for a preseason game?

Philly area native who got a boyhood dream realized to play for the Flyers. Played in the Sabres' system.

Criscuolo is such an AHL name...

Swear to god I just skimmed the lineup and didn't see the name until your post, instantly thought to myself "This guy's first name has gotta be Dave or Kyle." Bingo.

Will be fun to see Hayes in action for the first time, I suppose, I think I'm most excited though for early reviews on the scoreboard and that new upper-level lounge thing.

Oh yeah, the NHL hockey is back! Can't wait to see the new d-pairs, Ghost-Braun go first.

Not the way I wanted to begin the GDTs but the Cars were my favorite band from day one despite my love of metal and other genres. This is just a ****in reality check about life. OK, let's talk hockey.

This is brutal. One of the biggest great bands who still were (and are) legitimately hugely underrated and under-remembered. Plus, he had the greatest underdog pull of all time in Paulina. RIP Ric.

Am I supposed to start caring yet?
I care about these games only because I know coaches and GMs care about these games. They use them to judge who is ready, even ignoring the tiny sample size and inconsistent level of unorganized competition. So just for that reason, I want Frost and Farabee to play well because I have no doubt that they’re ready to make the team.

I think it’s a mistake that they put so much weight on these games and it’s not how it should be, but that’s still how it is.
