Lavoie gets his chance with an injury to Brown which resulted in us having to play 1 man short and send Broberg down.

Sending Broberg down is not a big deal as Woody doesn't trust him and the 11-7 sucks ass. Broberg can work on his game so we can include him in a late season trade for a top 4 RD solidifying the D. But still have to run 11 F today so Lavoie gets a rotating C.

The question is will Woody even use him and basically run 3 forward lines? If the Oilers fall behind probably sees his ice time limited. If the Oilers cruise to an easy victory he probably gets in the low teens. If he scores, perhaps he gets elevated a la the Saminator.

Thats it, thats the GDT today, nothing fancy other than a simple Pole.

I am convinced McDavid was hurt either in the Captains skates or the early preseason as he was off even in the preseason. It’s started to be speculated in the media now too. He hasn’t looked right all year.

Drai is just being stubborn in his play. We got December Drai early this year.
