Pretty reasonable, I'd say. 38 is high for PLD, you left out Karlsson (its unlikely he loses a job to both PLD and Gagner), and I'd give a few more to Savard.

Jonathan Huberdeau 66---- Aleksander Barkov 68---- Jaromir Jagr 62
Jussi Jokinen 50---- Vincent Trocheck 55---- Reilly Smith 54
Jared McCann 31---- Nick Bjugstad 42---- Colton Sceviour 29
Logan Shaw 12---- Derek MacKenzie 14 ---- Jonathan Marchessault 16

Shawn Thornton 3

Keith Yandle 51---- Aaron Ekblad 45
Mike Matheson 18---- Jason Demers 24
Mark Pysyk 10 ---- Alex Petrovic 16

Steven Kampfer 5---- Jakub Kindl 4

Luongo 2---- Reimer 1

Think Huberdeau and Barkov chase each other all year for team lead in points. Jagr starts to show his age and has a slight decline.

Jokinen takes a step back but Trocheck and Smith make up his losses.

McCann and Bjugstad should have some chemistry and both possess goal scoring ability. Sceviour should sniff around 30pts with more skilled linemates.

The 4th line won't light up the lamp too often but not many bottom line guys get over 20pts a year.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yandle and Ekblad will see a ton of PP time so I expect both to be in around 50pts. Ekblad could score 20 this year.

Matheson will be inconsistent but should still have a solid rookie campaign, Demers stays in around the 25pt mark.

Pysyk and Petrovic are bottom pairing and one may be lost to expansion but either won't get over 20pts.

Lu edges out Reimer 2 to 1.

Jvr 33g+30a=63pts
Kadri 24+37a=61pts
Matthews 28g+29a=57pts
Nylander 26g+29a=55pts
Marner 18g+35a=53pts

Komo 19g+27a=46pts
Brown 17g+24a=41 pts

There are a bunch of other guys like sosh, Hyman lupul, bozak etc but I was too lazy to do them. The predictions are optimistic and probably wont come true due to injuries and rookies having an initial struggle period. BUT I feel if the season starts off well and our players are able to play at the level needed to compete this will be how the scoring leaders would look.

 Three 50+ point rookies, plus an additional 40+ point rookie. Apparently the Leafs are icing the greatest crop of rookies in NHL history this season. :sarcasm:

Matthews is a 1st overall and one of the better ones since the lockout based on performance in his draft season. Nylander isn't really a normal rookie. This is his d+3 year and he was a nhl player last season who was held back according to the coach so the leafs could play the vets and buI'll value for them. Marner may be high as his game might take time to transition, but I'm high on him and the stuff he's done has him in elite company. Think he will be the least likely of the three rookies to hit 50 but I think he can do it. Brown had 6 pts in 7 games, a small size but he has 90 pts in 110 ahl games and is 22-23 wnext season. He will be ready to come make an impact lime how nyqbuilt and Tatar were for the wings a couple of years ago (not as big so I have him at 0.5 ppg).

Oilers 82 game pace assuming that Puljujarvi and Yakupov are here for the year as it complicates things too much trying to fit Versteeg in.

Lucic (26G-33A-59P) - McDavid(33G-63A-96P) - Eberle (31G-38A-69P)
Pouliot (19G-30A-49P) - RNH (21G-39A-60P) - Puljujarvi (19G-21A-40P)
Maroon (11G-19A-30P) - Draisaitl (16G-39A-55P) - Yakupov (17G-22A-39P)
Hendricks (4G-8A-12P) - Letestu (9G-9A-18P) - Kassian (10G-12A-22P)

Klefbom (10G-28A-38P) - Larsson (3G-25A-28P)
Sekera (5G-19A-24P) - Davidson (8G-15A-23P)
Nurse (3G-12A-15P) - Fayne (1G-5A-6P)

Before anyone states the obvious, I realize that would be 246G which I don't expect the Oilers to score. These are just paces as I'm not even sure if Puljujarvi will start the year in Edmonton, and I'm sure that at least some of the top 9 will miss time due to injury.
