I still don't think he's the best Belgian (and by extension, he's not the best player in the EPL), but he's without a doubt been the player of the season so far.
It is too bad Vermaelen left the EPL too soon. Definitely would've been in the running for that claim.

I didn't believe Moyes & this team would be able to turn it around, at the moment it looks like I'll be proven wrong. Don't mind it, todays 3-0 AWAY win against the Potters was just beautiful to watch.
I didn't think they'd turn it around the way they have either. Love the solidity they're playing with and love Adrian being first choice. He's so much better than Joe Hart, even though he didn't have much to do today. And Arnautovic is a totally different player under Moyes. He was unplayable at points today.

Hopefully, Lanzini escapes a retroactive ban for his dive, but I don't know.

I'd say he's in the best form right now, but I'd still rate Hazard above him overall.

I'd also say that KdB is a better fit for Pep's system and the players around him at City than Hazard would be.

i actually think that KdB is a significantly better player than Hazard. KdB just controls matches and almost always makes the correct play. He plays soccer like someone playing fifa and being able to see the whole pitch would play soccer.

Yeah for me it's KdB over Hazard all day. They're different players but Kevin just brings more to the team.

Mane dropped for Ox. Can dropped for Henderson. Would have preferred the 4-4-2 with Mane instead of Coutinho but otherwise really like the selection.

Bringing in Rojo over Shaw at LB is never a good idea.

Shaw played the full 90 on Wednesday and isn't fit enough yet to play two 90 minutes in a week after his long injury streak. United also have the League Cup quarterfinal on next Wednesday aso he might start then.

Can't wait to see Wenger deploy the high-line and get destroyed on the counter next week.

Just imagine Belgium with Hazard and De Bruyne in midfield and a good manager at the sideline. :scared:

Maybe I still don’t know what Liverpool’s best 11 is, but Alex Oxlade Chamberlain is in it.

They're completely different players. Very odd comparison. They're both in our best XI.

Considering City's domination, I am not particularly optimistic for the future of the PL.

City was pretty dominant to start the year last year, then fell off and finished 15 pts behind Chelsea. I certainly don't expect something like that to happen this year, but lets not get carried away and pretend they'll win the next 5 titles a la PSG or Bayern. There's enough teams to compete with them financially (Man United, Chelsea) and then the others that could provide a title challenge any given year (Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs).

PSG didn't win 5 straight titles. They have 4 of the last 19.
Bayern on the other hand has 5 straight and 13 out of the last 19 titles.
