I think Pepe is snake bitten, and much of what he's done is a good omen for good things to come.

But I also think it could be said that there's a question of whether or not he should be better, sooner, for the price tag given.

So, the usual HF boards posters But I'll re-phrase, everyone except a couple of Arsenal fans.

Players coming in and performing straight away is usually the exception rather than the rule. For that price you would hope for an elite type player that does come in and perform right away but 70 or 80 million doesn't get you what it used to.
