They hired a defensive coach who then got fired. Kunitz has reached washed up land.

I meant as the regular lines as well. Keeping Malkin and Kessel on the 2nd line doesn`t seem to have worked out so far. Every time I see their lineup it looks kind of weak even with those 3. I would of tried something like.

Malkin-Crosby-Kessel
Bennet/Perron-Bonino-Hornqvist
Bennet/Perron-Fehr-Kunitz

But it`s probably been tried.

The team was in tough against the Hawks. They showed some flair and it actually surprised me some.
I like to look at the scoring chances because if guys like Malkin and Kessel are getting them they will result in goals sooner than later.
