Yup. Sherwood has the same opinion. Seems they think only RSE is qualified to manage the arena with an NHL tenant.

Just the tip!
I am going to post this again, and perhaps again in the new thread. My take on the NHL thought process:
1) We really want to go to Seattle.
2) If Hansen gets the Kings, then the new Arena project starts, and we can go there in summer 2013 (This was their thought a few months ago)
3) Rats, Hansen didn't get them
4) We still really want to go to Seattle. How can we get there? Let's see, if we put up a shadow owner in Glendale for 5 years, we will know if a new Arena situation is a go there.
5) Enter RSE
6) Glendale is playing hardball and won't sign with RSE
7) What to do now? We still would like Seattle, but we can't go now because there is too much risk a new arena won't get built. (New city elections. And, does the project go forth with NHL first? City might not agree to that. Etc....)
8) It appears there are 2 choices:
8a) Own the team in Glendale. We really don't like this, because we lose lots of $ doing it.
8b) Sell to PKP in Quebec. We don't want to do this either, but we might have to.
And, if it's 8a or 8b is your guess....
