I would say that over the last 3 or so years Giroux and McCoy are the two best athletes in the city, with Hamels behind

LVP: Historic battle between Holmgren and Amaro and it's not even a close third.

MVP: Fletcher Cox
He was the main driving force behind that Eagle defensive front stopping the run and doing well in getting to the QB. He unfortunately didn't get enough sacks and thus was overlooked by the Pro-Bowl by those who just look at numbers, and was snubbed. Imagine how bad that D would've been with no pass rush and couldn't stop the run.
Honorable Mention: Giroux, Voracek

LVP: Domonic Brown
Finished with a -1.7 fWAR, and dead last for qualified players. I know a lot of people don't like the WAR stat, but you don't need to use it to know he had a terrible year.
