From All Star and mic'd up at the game....to less than a year later....

"Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Alek Manoah struggled in his return to game action Tuesday, allowing 11 earned runs in 2.2 innings against New York Yankees prospects in the Florida Complex League"

Oops. Missed an obvious name there.

I also accidentally clicked the wrong name in one of the boxes, so I wasted another guess.

This immaculate grid thing is a good way to kill a few minutes a day...

Ranger must have some serious deception, while he's good at painting the corners, none of his pitches look overpowering, yet when he's on, hitters can't square up on him.

What does that second part mean?
Not sure. Maybe just joking that they'd want to keep his velocity hidden... but you would have scouts with their own guns anyway.

I think MLB rules require him to be on an active MLB roster for 90 days or be offered back to the Red Sox, although I think if he's on the injured list so much that he's unable to be on an active roster for 90 days it rolls over to next year where they then get the 90 day.

Apparently was hitting around 92/93. He had been around 98/99 his senior year (which led to him being drafted by the Red Sox in the 4th) so quite a ways to build back to that.
