some dork who is a flyers studio analyst on nbc sports phila. their are rumors he played in the nhl once, but judging from his commentary, i have a hard time believing it.

I have access to it, but I opt for the away feed unless Potvin is the alternative. Even Jack Edwards is better than the Flyers’ announcers as an away fan

Yeah, the skates, the shots, the posts, the yelling, the boards, and the fans... all of it adds to the experience of watching games so I don't want to just mute the TV... which means I have to listen to these prehistoric idiots babble on about how Johnny Hockey has no hits and the +/- of James Neal...

Dear Dave,

You have to remember, AHL sometimes plays 3 games in 3 days.
Bunnaman, etc. on 4th line is not that unusual. He will probably be back on 1st line tomorrow. Actually Huffman is very astute in usage of players. You do have to worry about the Flyers promoting Murray to the Flyers and send HAK 2.0.1 back to the Phantoms.

Haha, I have not watched them in a month... but him and Jobst (tiny but skilled) are pretty much the most fun parts of the team.

Surround Sound system. Kill the center channel. Game sounds, almost no announcer sounds. Just make sure the broadcast is in Surround Sound and not just Stereo.

Occasionally you'll run into channels where it doesn't work, but most do.

With some hardware, you can also just switch to the Spanish audio feed, of which there is none, so you get no announcers. That's never worked for me, but has for friends.
