Congratulations to the Panthers and the fans - after the first half, I now know what being in a landslide feels like.

Still proud of our team and what they've managed to overcome - continuing to fight this season, and this game. 2-4 seems a long way away.

They came back to earth after the commercial break, so I'll give them that. They starting to treat it like was Buster Douglas beating Mike Tyson.

Seahawks post-game arguing Seattle was still the better team, just that Carolina scored more points...

Every American football team radio are brutal homers.

Was a good second half.

Although I'm not a Seahawks fan I find it puzzling all of the local hate they get from fans of other NFL teams. Every fan of a team around here jumped on a wagon at some point

Before we all praise Wilson, keep in mind that it's his fault they went down early, and was once again bailed out by his defense keeping Carolina off the board for the entire half.

He didn't do squat.

Without that d, godboy is buried yet again.

Irrational hate for a quality QB.

No it's called truth, and i wish the cult of Wilson could see that.

He had an excellent 2nd half.

The truth is that he was one of the best QBs in the league this year. And I'm guessing he prob beat whatever team you cheer. Guessing those crap Vikings considering you're from Winnioeg.

Who's gonna be the first to say "The Panthers still aren't legit, 16-1, I don't care easy schedule and only won today because the Seahawks were bad, when the Seahawks actually showed up in the 2nd half the outscored the Panthers 24-0"

Wow...many so much insecurity? Who cares. Panthers won and if they win the SB, they deserve it

And clearly the Panthers didn't come out with a conservative game plan to eat clock and manage points though.

They really dialed back the blitz, I think the last sack in thev2nd half was when Norman had no one in his zone.

Today's performance by Wilson was median, he made several perfect wtf throws, but also missed wide open guys. Counterbalances each other. Seahawjs will still be great next year.

What are you worried about, exactly?

nothing really. I'm content with winning, it just seems odd that a team that has dominated so much this year isn't given much credit.

The schedule was pretty easy I'll admit, but they beat all the good teams they did play, who's to say they wouldn't have beaten more good teams if they did play more?

I'm just curious if they're gonna get any credit for this or if next week it's gonna be the same stuff?

Since it seems to be what you're craving, please see my post above with the 4:58pm ET timestamp (although apparently I didn't give you *enough* credit).

If that's more important to you than the victory, then you deserve all the respect in the world. RESPECT!!!

Fly that Super Bowl 50 RESPECT! flag all day long.

I'm not talking about 1 person in specific but it seems to mean so much to you that I care what you alone think.

Just a general feeling is that the Panthers were always underrated despite their record, not just from you, or this forum, but in general. They were underdogs to a 3-8 team for crying out loud.

I was just curious if this win changes anyone's opinion but yeah go ahead and spin it as if all I care about it people saying the Panthers are the best or not

I guess you can't handle 1 little question, maybe I'll wait for someone else to answer.

You're not a Broncos fan? I would've just assumed.

Yeah, I guess not - I guess you won't be satisfied no matter how people give you the RESPECT! that you're craving.

What was the question, exactly? When will the Panthers get respect? Yeah, I guess I can't handle that - since I gave them RESPECT! well before you even asked the question.

Frame it however you'd like - since respect is more important to you than the victory, but it's me who can't handle the question.

Pretty much. But I think in the Seahawks case it's that the local media has jumped on to the wagon was well, thus fans of other teams now have to hear and see about it on the tv, radio and social and print media.
