Good luck Peter. This is step one to removing the rot from this team as it is deeper than Chiarelli. This has been a group think (Lowe, MacT, Howson, Gretzky times 2, Nicholson) organization for awhile and once these "red wine summits" end, then the franchise can start to get better.
