If he's not allowed to fire him he should have taken away his favorite toys. It's only year one but after a decent off-season Dubas' in season performance was horrendous.

What a travesty. Literally all that needed to be done was play 4 random under 25 year olds in bottom six and the penguins are easily a playoff team.
