Biron and Dregger said otherwise... with out Tavares the Islanders would be no where. Biron, said look at the top ten in scoring and Okopso is there BECAUSE Tavares makes everyone around him better.

Dregger said the pens have survived without Crosby before.

Did they both decide to ignore Chris ****ing Kunitz making team Canada this year? Or how about Crosby carrying the team of AHLer's for months?

Since his Olympic spot announcement he's been invisible save for that goal in Calgary.

I would still do it, have him go to the AHL and get a lot of ice time and time to maybe get back on track. That knee injury is something he's still not fully recovered from, his skating wise. I think he could get back there.

Also, WBS could use some offense and DJ could provide that.

Edit: Pay wise, he would get NHL money, but cap wise, most of that would be buried except for a certain amount, correct?
