In the second period, the Pens came out with a good PP and stacked the lines. Beau-Sutter-Stemps scored a goal.
So, Bylsma decided to reward Stemps by putting him back with Sid and Kunitz and to reward the Rangers by putting Malkin back at center with Jokinen and Neal.
Fluke second goal came, which validated things for Bylsma. But, something else happened. There was a less ferocious push from the Pens, and Malkin, as predicted, was neutered by the third.
Our structure and coaching is so piss poor that we win or lose with adrenaline. And, make no mistake, BYLSMA sucked it from this team tonight.
Bylsma set the Pens up to lose, and they obliged.
