I know some posters will be excited about this. I am definitely not one of them. I'd rather ice 8 defensemen.

How many players under NHL-contract that started the season in WBS haven't been called up at any point during the season?

PLLL will be the 22nd forward (not counting the games Engelland has played F) the Pens use this season, if he plays. 33rd player if you count D.

Impressive to have the second most wins in the league with those numbers.

We all know it's simply because of Sid right? I mean, he carries the terrible #14 on his line. And obviously he doesn't deserve the Hart either way.

Am I doing this right?

To put it in perspective:

Kunitz-Crosby-Dupuis
Jokinen-Malkin-Neal
Megna-Sutter-Bennett
Glass-Adams-Vitale

Maatta-Niskanen
Orpik-Martin
Scuderi-Letang

...

Gibbons-Drazenovic-Kobasew
Conner-Ebbett-Pyatt
PLLL-Sill-D'Agostini
Jeffrey-Zolnierczyk-X

Despres-Bortuzzo
Samuelsson-Engelland
Dumoulin-X

Almost two full teams.

Okay so here's the lineup from what I can tell:

Kunitz-Crosby-Sutter
Jokinen-Malkin-Pyatt (poor Geno)
Glass-Drazenovic-Adams (yikes)
PLLL-Sill-Engelland (at least it looks like a 4th line)

Holy hell is that ugly.

Solved this, using NHL14

Kunitz - Crosby - Malkin
Jokinen - Sutter - Malkin
Glass - Crosby - Drazenovic
PLLL - Sill - Engelland

PL3 is what you need in an enforcer as well. He knows his role, and he can play a regular shift. Players are actually willing to fight him, unlike Steve MacIntyre.

There's not much to like about this lineup, but I also can't really complain about it. It's just a crapshoot at this point. You've just gotta hope Sid and Geno can score enough and Fleury and the defense hold up.
