I think I'd amend that to Pittsburgh Penguins Ice Hockey: Strive for mediocrity because success means making HFBoards mad, failing makes HFBoards mad if the franchise gets a high draft pick.

"15th-16th is our mileu"... that would make a snazzy t-shirt

Edit: the shirt would also have to say something about wasting generational talents.
