Beau in his right spot. Adams scratched. Comeau 4th line. Makes so much sense. I am convinced Johnston waited this long to do this **** on purpose.

Lovejoy on the 1st pairing in a playoff game.. is this reality?

I'm having flashbacks to Gibbons flanking Crosby in game 7 against NYR last season..

Thank goodness I have plenty of substances to get me through this game..

If the Rangers take us lightly, we could steal Game 1...and proceed to lose in five.

I'd love to be wrong about my team, but I just don't see it.

lol @ our D.

Are those forward groupings what we've been practicing with? Given what we have, I'm okay with that mix.

Hey... the forward lines don't look terrible! We might have a chance as long as we have a solid D!
...
Lovejoy on the first pairing? Oh well, we can get through that with a strong second pairi..- Scuderi on the second pairing? Ok, D's looking a little rough. Hopefully a strong veteran presence in the thir...

****.

If the Rangers defense is a Ferarri, our defense is a rickshaw in a 3rd world country.

For the first time in many many years of watching the Pens, this is the first time that I have zero excitement and even less desire to watch what is about to unfold.

It's not even so much the losing, it's watching our team get physically mauled by the other team, with no response. You know it's about to happen. They will beat on Crosby and Malkin from the drop of the puck and the only player that will even be concerned about it will be Downie.

Pathetic really.

Win or lose, I just want to see them compete and never give up. Actually no, that's not true at all. I want them to win, I really don't care how. Go Pens!

Hope they gave Perron a shot for whatever the Hell's wrong with him. He can't be lurching around like Craig Berube.

Can someone please at least commit to mashing up the highlights with Jim Ross commentary?

For the record, I would like to see a second line of Perron-Malkin-Comeau, or even Beau Bennett, ahead of the useless Kunitz. Comeau took part in the optional Monday practice, something tells me his wrist is feeling better and better.

Perron-Malkin-Comeau could be a dangerous line, and round out our top 6 nicely.

comeau is a good 4th liner and should stay there
