Jokes aside, expecting murray to quick outlet/skate to create passing lanes, and expecting Morrow to catch up to the play and forecheck in time to harass the puck carrier seem like a stretch. Isn't that "our game"?

Murray is another great pickup. Just lke Morrow, he's slow, but he's exactly what we need. Now we have a tough presence in the offensive zone, as well as one in the defensive zone. One clogs up the front of the net, one clears it. And they are both great along the boards.

Knowing Bylsma, this deal might actually be the final nail in Despres' coffin (ie. relegated to the press box permanently).

I mean, who else is Bylsma going to sit? Letang, Niskanen, Martin, Orpik, Eaton, Engelland and now Murray. That's 7 veteran defensemen.
