This signing is only good in NHL 14, and that is if Bolland hits superstar status.




This is not a good signing at all. However, Tallon won't be fired for this. Not ready to crucify Tallon just yet.

Overpaying is fine...its always the term that he screws up. Did it with our 2010 signings (Jovo, Upshall, Kopecky) and again with Kuba and now with Bolland. As good as he has been with adding prospects, he's been HORRIBLE at free agency and only a little above average in trades. Being the best GM in comparison to the rest of our former GMs is NOT a reason to think he's good. He's just better than what we've had before...we need someone better, period.

We brought a lot of leader since Tallon got here, Jovo, Kopecky, were leaders and winners that we needed. Now we bought one out and can't wait to ship the other for a 7th round pick.
