I like. Rewards his recent good play + gives him a taste + gives us a chance to see him in the NHL when there's no risk for us. Plus Brittain can play in the AHL while we make the choice whether to definitely move away from him or not. Also most likely means Lu and Reimer shut down for the year.
Good move all around IMO.

They should give Brittain a few games too, we aren't going to gain anything by playing the guy that's going be in Europe next season. Could be his only chance to get an NHL start.
