I think game was pretty close given the absolute no show a lot of our important players were. Notable goat horns include Smith, Klef, Larsson, and Kassian.

Frankly, we need more from literally everyone. That was not good enough.

We're 25 lbs heavier and 2 inches taller on average than the hawks. Play like it.

Smith out played by a goalie that had covid.

I don't blame the team for coming out slow, it's a weird ass time. I do, however, blame Tippett for starting a goalie that objectively doesn't give them their best chance to win.

My biggest hope is that the next couple games at least have the intensity of a playoff game. This looked the same as the exhibition.

Chicago started a goalie that only had less than a week of preparation because he was recovering from COVID-19 and Tippett managed to start a worse goalie. That's not an easy thing to do.
