Just speculating here, but the way Ovie used to play - highly explosive first few strides, carrying the puck through the middle, playing recklessly - as opposed to now - less explosiveness, still fast but skates to the outside instead of up the middle - makes me think he was juicing when he came into the league, and now he is no longer juicing, and he's crashing and his body is quickly deteriorating. Same thing going on with Dwight Howard in the NBA.

Answer is no.

The NHL is still a joke when it comes to HGH and steroid testing. Anyone could easily juice if you knew the science behind it.
