Sergachev is still raw defensively. But he is explosive. Very Subban-like in a lot of ways. High energy player, deadly shot, big body. With time and experience in the NHL, he can be seriously good.

Well he did get a couple of years of practice learning how to become an effective first line center under MT. Now, say we take another center, i.e. Galchenyuk, and give him the same 4-5 years of experience as a first line center that DD acquired over the years, Chucky could actually have the same points total as DD. But that's not within the realm of possibilities because Galchenyuk has been and still is developed as a 3rd/4th line winger. Oh well, good for DD I guess
