Bruins probably on an emotional high, using the Bennett hit as motivation.
They’re gonna milk the hell out of it all game.
Bennett is a gutless prick. Can't fight because of his hand. Hopefully if Bruins are way ahead Maroon jumps him and beats the crap out of him.
Hopefully not. we need them to lose and get beaten up so badly they are crap next season. If they win Rempe better jump and beat the hell out of as many Prancers as he can.
If the league wanted to keep the game from getting out of hand they would have suspended Bennett. Can't legitimately suspend a guy for throwing a punch but when has the league ever cared about being legitimate.

There is absolutely no way I'll ever cheer for the Bruins. I don't know how any Canadiens fan can.

They could at least have kept the same officiating as in the regular season but that’s too much to ask.
Easily if it benefits the Canadiens. If they win it's because Boob was mediocre. They won't beat the Rangers because Sherstrkin is not likely to choke.
And they are on the way down. They will be fighting for a playoff spot soon.

The lesson I learned these playoffs is to ignore everyone who keeps talking about how goaltending isn't as important a position anymore.

In hindsight, this decision, perhaps more than any other, highlights just how poor MB's judgment was and how ill suited he is to run a pro sports team...
Tkachuk represented so much of what MB claimed to value in players and in the type of hockey he seemed to want to build, yet when given the straight opportunity to draft him, he passes... Talk about missing an easy layup.
I'm not nearly as high on Tkachuk as many are (he's got more responsibility for the dumpster fire in Ott the past few years than seems to be directed to him imo), but there's no doubt that he is the best PF in the league and has more than lived up to his draft pedigree.
