Yeah, also blood pressure/heart rate ain't something you want to play with, especially as a pro athlete. His organs/intestines are probably at risk too as you said. I'd be too paranoid to take any medication, let alone play an NHL game if I were in Matthews shoes. Prioritize health and prudence over all.
