Latest intel is pointing to aluminum nitrate being stored in the port (not in the hazardous material area, the main port) for about 4 years after being salvaged from a sinking freighter. The explosion is being estimated at 240 megatons of TNT based on area of effect. The MOAB (biggest conventional bomb in use currently) explodes with a force of 11 megatons. The explosion hit 4.5 on the Richter scale. It was massive.
