Klefbom is a reported intense trainer in the off season. I have a heavy, heavy suscipsion an unnamed player wasn't

Anyway, klefbom had been good to amazing the last 10 games. He's shaken off rust and now I would trust him fully as a #3. Almost no holes in his game

Controversial statement of the day: Oscar Klefbom is (or will soon be) the best D from the 2011 draft

Competition is Brodin, Hamilton, Larsson

Brodin gets hyped to no end of HF, but he has 2 points this year and a 45% fenwick%. All this playing on a defnesive team with a norris contender partner

Larsson has near similar possession stats to Klefbom but only 4 points this year (Klefbom has 11). Once again, great parnter

Hamilton has slightly worse possession stats and far lower point totals and offensive production (.36 p/60 compared to Klefboms 1.27)

Its now 5 years from the draft, a length its good to start judging the draft class, and Klefbom is starting to come out ahead. Some of these guys are living off past season hype, but if you look at this season and last, Klefbom is pulling into the lead

It was always going to take Klefbom longer.

Larsson has Greene, Brodin has Suter, Hamilton had Chara.

Klefbom? He had Schultz.

No kidding. Even now he has Fayne which isnt some luxury. Hes looked unreal in several games with a average to below average partner.

I think well see a Nurse-Klefbom pairing in the future and Klefbom will excel even more

Klefbom started slow, didn't seem like he was 100%... But now that he is rolling he looks legit. That and McLellan is letting him show his offense. It's wonderful

Yup, and he also started slow last season too (had a sub par pre season). He took to game 40 below heating up, this season it took him till game 10 and hes a noted amoutn better than his peak last season
