I don't know who this GM is, but the Leafs GM said he can and will re-sign all 3 of Matthews, Nylander, and Marner.

I don't think you can keep all 3 if Matthews makes 12.5 million. So it seems to me like Dubas* thinks that Matthews will get less than McDavid.
